  • The      Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)
  • Anti-money      laundering verification providers
  • Accounting      software providers or IT service providers, where relevant to delivering      services
  • Other      parties where disclosure is required by law

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Where we use cloud-based software providers, personal data may be processed outside the UK. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Accounting      and business records are normally retained for at least 6 years
  • Anti-money      laundering records are retained for 5 years after the end of the      business relationship

Records may be retained in electronic form.
